Sarah,
You should try Pixamo (www.pixamo.com). They will import all of your photos with the tags, captions, and album titles from Kodak and Snapfish. I imported my photos from flickr to Pixamo (Pixamo gives more free storage than Flickr, which is why I switched), and Pixamo maintained my privacy settings from Flickr and linked tags in my imported public photos to other public photos on Pixamo! There was really no extra work involved for me after the import.

I had a ton of photos stored on Yahoo! Photos, and was disappointed when I got the email and heard the news. I chose not to go with Flickr because their free account doesn’t offer enough storage. I ended up moving my stuff to both Kodak and Snapfish, where I already had accounts. But I’m still in limbo as to whether I’ll use either of those to store most of my photos going forward. I’d like to keep all of my photos in one place from now on and ideally, not have to do all the moving of content manually.
